Her brother was there when she died and put his jacket around her as he held her dead body crying, which is why she is wearing that male uniform Gakuran as a ghost. The seventh floor of where she died was abandoned and restricted due to it being considered 'unstable', since the area which the school resided was prone to earthquakes and strong storms, while the rest of the large school was left the same since it was protected by the seventh and final level.
